Data Protection Statement

The protection and confidentiality of personal data is of particular importance to us at AMADA Machine Tools Europe Gmbh, Amada Allee 3, 42781 Haan, Germany. We collect and use personal data only within the scope of legal regulations according to applicable German and European data protection laws. The intention of this data protection statement is to inform all visitors to these pages on which personal data is collected and for what purpose we use the data as well as which options visitors to the page have with regard to their personal data.
We have introduced organizational, contractual and technical safety measures to ensure that the regulations of the data protection laws are complied with and random or willful manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons shall be prevented. Nevertheless, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security with respect to data transmission in the Internet.

1 Access data
We collect data on each access to the online service (so-called server log files). The name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type including version, the operating system of the webpage visitor, referrer URL (the previously visited website) and the requesting provider belong to the access data.
We only use the log files without reference to the person of the visitor to the webpage or other profiling according to the legal regulations for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the online service. However, we reserve the right to check the log data afterwards if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete indications.

2 Legacy data
We store and use further personal data only when you provide this information voluntarily, for example, when you contact us. Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we only use it for responding to your requests, for processing contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.

3 Cookies
We use "cookies" only within the scope of our online service. Cookies are small files that are stored in the computer of the webpage visitor and can store information for the supplier. Temporary cookies are deleted after closing the browser, permanent cookies remain for a specified period of time and can make the stored information available when revisiting the online service. We use so-called "session cookies" for registration (with user name and password) that allow the visitor to the webpage to be identified during the duration of his visit. The session cookies then contain encrypted parts of the login data. Visitors to the webpage can delete these cookies in the browser of their end device at any time. The session cookies expire automatically at the end of every session.

4 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on the computer of the webpage visitor and allow the use of the website to be analysed. The information created by the cookie on the use of this website by the webpage visitor is normally transmitted to a server from Google in den USA and stored there.
If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, the IP address of the webpage visitor will be previously truncated by Google, however, within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the treaty in the European Economic Area. The entire IP address will only be transmitted to a server from Google in the USA and stored there in exceptional cases. IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the owner of this website, Google shall use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the visitor to compile reports on website activities and to provide further associated services connected to the use of the website and the Internet for the website owner.
The IP address submitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with any other data from Google.

5 Sending information by newsletter
Emails containing promotional information on us as well as our services are only sent with express consent of the visitor to the webpage. Visitors to the webpage can revoke the newsletter at any time. It is possible to revoke permission in every email.
Before the newsletter is sent, the owner of the email address must confirm consent in an email sent to him. If registration is not confirmed, it will be deleted automatically within four weeks at the latest.
We store the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address of the visitor to the webpage within the scope of newsletter registration. We are obliged by law to log registrations in order to verify proper registration.

6 Consent and revocation provision

7 Information, correction and deletion of data
We shall delete personal data if no longer required or if required to store such data for legal reasons.
